Homemade mashed potatoes

The perfect side dish for grilled meat or even fish!
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes (around 1kg/35oz/2.2lb), chopped in cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 125ml (1/3 cup) milk
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water. Put them in a large bowl and mash them well. Add the butter and the garlic.
Stir well. Pour the milk, add salt, pepper, the nutmeg, the parsley and stir. Serve warm.
