Brewer's Mustard - A delicious, rich mustard from Belgium!

We don't often write reviews for food brands, let alone mustard brands reviews. But the moment we tried this product, we knew we had to write a couple of words to let you know how good it is!

Brewer's Mustard is one of the best Dijon mustard brands we ever tried. If you haven’t tried a Dijon mustard before, you’re missing out, big time! Yellow mustard is good for many things, but not for everything; Dijon mustard is made with brown mustard seeds, making it more rich and complex in flavor. 

We tried the mild and the Dijon extra types. Their taste was rich, spicy and complex and their smell was that of authentic, old school mustard! Both were very delicious mustards!

As you may imagine, we tried them in various combinations; sandwiches, roasted chicken, lamb, pork, sausages, we even added it in vinaigrette.
The best pairings were with the roasted lamb (it's amazing how well those two taste together, as the mustard adds intensity to the meat) and the roasted whole chicken with oregano, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and potatoes.

And the best part is that we have 3 more flavors to taste: Orange Mild, Raisin Mild and Smoked!
